  1. A corporate executive with a short attention span? I thought that was something only we corporate peons suffered with. 😅😅 Sorry just a little salty and nothing to do with the topic. I think she did well to make meaningful sustainable changes to her lifestyle and that's what I want too.

  2. So many people are laughing about this person who is giving the TED Talk. And no, not everyone is invited to do that. And the audience clapped and laughed normally. Comment threads get more and more träsh each day

  3. Slim in Hours, 🤜🏽🤛🏽cut a lemonade, and eat its juice just like you would enjoy an orange, eat it in a slightly or typically hungry state, then have a meal after thirty minutes, within the next day, try on your tightest fitting cloth and youll notice an instant difference, then do this for 3 days more, it will shrik your whole body weight from head to toe. its a slim method🏆 if you reach the slimness you want in less than a week, stop taking the recipe and avoid sugar meals

  4. Me i get on something like a diet, i lose 10 or 15 lbs, then i give up. I want and want but its easier to procrastinate than it is to just do it. Then i would give in to the regression. I feel like a failure the older i get when i don't change or discipline myself

  5. Short summary: move more, eat slowly, try to only eat with a knife and fork. Fidgeting can burn 200-300 cals a day. Get some sleep and walk or exercise for at least an hr a day.
