In this shocking video, I take my client to a location where they will be detained by ICE, highlighting the harsh realities of immigration and deportation. The experience is intense and eye-opening, showcasing the complexities of the immigration system. Watch as we navigate the process and face the consequences of being undocumented. This video is a must-watch for anyone interested in immigration issues and the struggles that many people face. The detainment process is a sobering reminder of the risks and challenges that undocumented individuals encounter. By sharing this experience, I hope to raise awareness about the importance of immigration reform and the need for a more compassionate approach to deportation.

  1. Wait I thought the Narrative is that ICE agents NEVER have warrants. The truth is she can return to her country and apply for the green card as a spouse of US citizen without paying an attorney. If he has the financial means to provide for her without her applying for any public assistance, the green card will be granted.

  2. These fake ICE agents canโ€™t even pass a background check, nothing but a bunch of criminals, the last thing they should be doing is grabbing people off the street, they are now getting fired! ๐Ÿคจ

  3. Good morning my brother is being deported from Florida over a minor incident with a woman. But he got a work permit legally and he didnโ€™t have a opportunity to call nobody the officer said he had no rights and if he didnโ€™t sign the paperwork the officer will signed for him just like that. Is being arrested for over 2 weeks now

  4. Good job, Mr Lawyer, on how you proactively advocated on behalf of your client! When I had my AOS interview many years ago, even though I knew that I had no inadmissibilities of any sort, I still went with my immigration lawyer just to be sure nothing awry happens. AOS was not approved on the spot but I received an approval notice soon enough on email and in the snail mail.

  5. Awesome!
I am searching for an answer to how things proceed when a legal immigrant is approached by ICE and is cooperative with them.
What do they need to do to, unfortunately they have to, show that they are legally here?
Have they been decently handling the situation?
    What's going on?

  6. Sir, I know youโ€™re busy and you would not be able to help me but I have a question, I came here in visit visa and converted it into student visa within 90 days. My approval came late it took 8 months. During my waiting time I did applied for student visa so did I over stayed?
