1. I work under the government preventive health sector, where people ask for only treatment, not if we give them any health education. We r bad if we tell them about preventive aspects. All they want is injections and tablets.😢

4. Hi Dr Pal, I've a doubt to be clarified.

   Usually for any complaints especially for fever, cold and cough, every doctor prescribes some tablets in which some has to be consumed Before Food and some After Food.

   I wanted to know the duration of the BEFORE and AFTER as well. How much minutes it is recommended to take the tablet before food and how much minutes after food ?

   Is hot water recommended for consuming any kind-off tablets ? Does it really behave differently by consuming warm / hot water ?

6. Most Dr didn’t even know PCOD. My sister suffered due to Drs ignorance.
   Few years back , Drs didn’t even insist on checking thyroid levels or vitamin D level.
   Even few Dr a now also don’t care. But when they have to offer package they do it. Drs intentions and ignorance is in worry state

18. I visited nephrologist,cardiologist,general physician for preventive health care since my father died of heart attack and my mother was on dialysis fir 5 years; Both passed away before 60 yers of their age.

    All the doctors kicked me out. I live in Mumbai and i had visited them at some of the biggest and reputed hospitals' OPDs

    In India most of the docs are not interested in preventive healthcare😮

    I tried 7 pm dinner but i work till 12 mid night, i feel hungry while i go to bed.
