That’s not investing, that’s either extreme leverage, high risk covered calls, or a massive jump in capital base that isn’t mentioned. Dividend aristocrats pay 3–5%. This headline is misleading. For you, is she actually living off the dividends, or is she trading the volatility around the ex-dividend date?

45. Everyone can start to do this as everyone starts at next to $00 as she did. Everyone has to start from where they are but most choose to whine and complain instead of learning and then doing.
    She owns many gasoline stations also that bring in $$ to help her buy dividend paying stocks. Most people just do not get it, It ius easier to complian and accuse without having the full knowledge.
